Mario Ivan Peña Padilla is a lawyer who graduated from Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara. He has over 20 years of experience as a practising lawyer and independent advisor on labour and constitutional matters. He worked as an external lawyer for the largest electricity company in Mexico for over 20 years. In 2024, he joined Martinez y de Labra Abogados as labour law manager.
