About Fernando Lathrop Aubert

Fernando Lathrop Aubert is the founding partner of Lathrop, Mujica, Herrera & Diez Abogados and leads the corporate team at the firm. He qualified as an attorney from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and obtained a master’s in corporate law from the same institution as well as a master’s in international and European corporate law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France. He worked at Eluchans Abogados for more than 16 years and focuses his practice on advising national and international clients in corporate and real estate law, with an emphasis on family businesses operating in sectors such as automotive, manufacturing and real estate, among others. He is a member of the Chilean and International Bar Association.
