About Fernando Lathrop Aubert

Fernando Lathrop Aubert is the founding partner of Lathrop Mujica Herrera & Diez Abogados and leads the corporate and the dispute resolution teams. He qualified as an attorney and obtained a master’s in corporate law from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, as well as a master’s in international and European corporate law from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France. He worked at Eluchans Abogados for 16 years focusing his practice on advising national and international clients, with an emphasis on family businesses operating in sectors such as automotive, aviation and real estate. Fernando is a member of the Chilean and International Bar Association and of the International Fiscal Association.
