About Francisco Cárcamo Valdés

Francisco Cárcamo Valdés is a partner at Lathrop, Mujica, Herrera & Diez Abogados, leading the labour team at the firm. He qualified as an attorney from Andrés Bello University and obtained a master’s in labour law and social security from Adolfo Ibáñez University as well as a diploma in corporate labour law. With over 14 years of experience and more than 1,200 trials he has developed his skills in civil litigation and collective bargaining. He previously worked at Caglevic y Santibáñez Abogados advising companies in the hospitality, retail, fire departments, fast food chains, telecommunications, transportation, private security, multinational companies, agriculture, foundations and restaurants sectors, among others. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
