About Karen Seif

Karen Seif is counsel in the dispute resolution and international arbitration practice at Habib Al Mulla & Partners. She advises on disputes and contentious matters in the construction, corporate, energy and public defence sectors, under the rules of major international and regional arbitration institutions, including DIAC, ADCCAC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR and ICC. Karen is on the faculty at the Sorbonne University (Abu Dhabi) and is a peer-review published author on UAE law. She has also held faculty positions at New York University (Abu Dhabi) and was a judicial fellow in the United States Federal Courts (Northern District of California).
