Matthew Page is a partner at Habib Al Mulla & Partners specialising in construction and commercial arbitration and litigation in the UAE and internationally. He has acted as counsel in numerous commercial and construction arbitrations, both ad hoc and under the rules of the major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, DIAC, ADCCAC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, ICSID and UNCITRAL. Matthew is a solicitor-advocate qualified in England and a registered legal practitioner of the DIFC courts. He also sits as an arbitrator. Matthew has represented governments and multinational companies in investment treaty arbitrations, and advised on international law issues and the protection of foreign investments.
