About Anselm Lenhard

Anselm Lenhard is a founding partner of LARK and heads the firm’s banking and finance practice. He focuses on leveraged finance and regularly advises on acquisition financings and other sponsor-driven financings. Further core areas of his practice comprise corporate financings and venture debt financings for growth companies. Anselm has advised on debt finance transactions across the entire credit spectrum for more than 15 years. Before founding LARK, he had established the debt finance practice of another independent law firm, after formative years in the banking and finance practice group of a leading international globally integrated law firm.
