is a junior associate whose practice centres on constitutional litigation. He collaborates with the different lawyers of the firm, interprets constitutional-protection briefs, elaborates on unconstitutionalities and on other constitutional matters that may arise in practice. Javier conducts research involving doctrine, legislation and jurisprudence at a national and international level to support the different practice areas of the firm. He specialises in matters of international public law and its different branches. Javier has been the co-ordinator of the International Competitions Programme of Francisco Marroquín University for three years; in which time he has also been a coach for the competitions on international economic law, the World Trade Organization and criminal international law.
