About Ohad Kiperstok

Ohad Kiperstok is a partner at Angel, Kiperstok & Associates (ANKIP) and specialises in corporate, commercial and criminal litigation, as well as in international transactions involving countries in Latin America. Ohad has participated in commercial negotiations and transactions in over 20 countries on three continents, giving him a unique mindset which, in the past few years, he has applied to advising the cannabis industry in Latin America on the legal aspects of compliance, regulations and international distribution. Ohad currently chairs the Controlled Medicinal Substances Committee of Panama’s equivalent to the Bar Association, the Colegio Nacional de Abogados.
