About Oliver Ciric

Oliver Ciric is the managing partner of TA Advisory. He is a Swiss attorney with over 20 years of experience. Oliver specialises in complex cross-border litigation and arbitration, asset tracing and recovery, white-collar crime and investigations, including case management and co-ordination, anti-fraud and anti-corporate raiding strategies. Oliver has also acted as electoral campaign and policy adviser. He has represented clients in numerous proceedings in Switzerland and other jurisdictions (including the UAE), serving both as counsel for plaintiffs and respondents. He has consistently succeeded in co-ordinating litigation proceedings across multiple jurisdictions, working effectively with third-party litigation funders.
