About Beverly Fu

Beverly Fu is an associate in the capital markets practice at YYC Legal LLP. After receiving a juris doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Beverly gained legal experience in commercial and transactional matters. She has also handled a wide range of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, fintech regulations, data protection, cross-border data transfers and general commercial matters.
