About Beverly Fu

Beverly Fu is an associate at YYC Legal LLP. After receiving her Juris Doctor from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Beverly gained legal experience in commercial and transactional matters. She has also handled a wide range of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, fintech regulations, data protection matters, cross-border data transfers and general commercial matters.
