About Marc Ramsay

Marc Ramsay is the managing partner of Ramsay & Partners and supports the firm’s data protection and cybersecurity practice through his work in governance, regulatory and compliance advisory. He advises boards, regulators and senior management on organisational accountability, risk oversight and compliance structures, including where data protection obligations intersect with corporate governance, financial services regulation and cross-border operations. His experience includes advising on regulatory engagement, internal control frameworks and compliance risk allocation for technology-enabled and regulated businesses. Marc is admitted to practice in Jamaica, Belize and Barbados. He is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and is a Professionally Accredited Company Secretary, with longstanding experience advising boards on governance and regulatory compliance matters.
