About Uroš Brglez

Uroš Brglez is of counsel at BJK Law and specialises in regulatory, insolvency, real estate and corporate matters. He has worked in international as well as boutique law firms where he provided advice in the areas of M&A, commercial and insolvency law, and finance (in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings). Uroš also has in-depth experience with construction and administrative law. During his career he also worked as a tax inspector at the Tax Administration, in the field of transfer pricing and international taxation. He has published several articles on M&A and civil procedural law, and also lectures at insolvency law seminars.
