About Daniel Yamba

Daniel Yamba is a senior associate with over four years of experience at ProximA International and is a member of the Bar before the Court of Appeal. He holds a degree in human rights law and is currently completing a DEA/DES in Economic and Social Law while serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Kinshasa. His expertise includes OHADA business law, mining law, tax, labour and social security law, public procurement and public-private partnerships. He is a member of the Legal and Tax Commission of the FEC and actively involved in alumni and community initiatives.
