About Serge Nawej Tshitembu

Serge Nawej Tshitembu is the founder and managing partner of ProximA International, a boutique law firm based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. With over 19 years of experience, he advises on cross-border transactions, project finance, mining, energy and regulatory matters. He has led major mandates involving OHADA law, sovereign negotiations and joint ventures across Africa. Serge regularly acts for international investors, DFIs and government institutions. Known for his strategic insight and discreet execution, he brings deep knowledge of African legal systems and business environments. He is a member of the Brussels Bar.
