About Mitakshara Goyal

Mitakshara Goyal leads the commercial litigation, stressed asset litigation and arbitration practice at Svarniti Law Offices, with a strong focus on strategy and client-centric solutions. She leads legal advisory relating to artificial intelligence, technology, gaming and energy law, and also advises early-stage start-ups on regulatory compliance, contract structuring and business risk mitigation. Mitakshara is also deeply engaged with academia and legal education, and has served as a lecturer at Jindal Global Law School and as a visiting faculty member at National Law University, Delhi.
