About Charles Mmasi

Charles Mmasi is a partner in Bowmans’ Dar es Salaam office. He holds a master’s in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Dar es Salaam, an LLB from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a BA in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of South Africa. He has significant experience advising corporations, banks and foreign investors on banking and finance, equity capital markets, corporate and M&A issues, and regulatory matters across the mining, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications and agricultural sectors. Charles is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
