About Wilbert Kapinga

Wilbert Kapinga is a senior partner at Bowmans Tanzania. He has over 30 years’ experience advising domestic and international clients. He is an accredited mediator, negotiator and arbitrator in Tanzania. He has acted as an arbitrator in several domestic disputes and as counsel in domestic and international arbitration disputes involving ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL rules of procedure. Wilbert is a former dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society, East Africa Law Society, African Society of International and Comparative Law, and Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators.
