About Bernardo del Rosal

Bernardo del Rosal is a partner at Estudio Legal Constitución 23 with extensive experience as a professor of law and a criminal lawyer. Bernardo began his career as a professor of criminal law at University Complutense, Madrid, and since 1991, he has been a professor of the same subject at the University of Alicante. He has also acted as a part-time judge at the Provincial Courts of Madrid and Alicante. He was formerly head of the economic criminal law practice at Clifford Chance Madrid (2012-2017). During his career, he has been involved in proceedings of great complexity and significance in the field of economic criminal law, representing its clients discreetly and efficiently.
