About Francisco Mena

Francisco Mena is a law and economics graduate from Carlos III University of Madrid. He also has a Master’s in criminal law and a Master’s in legal practice. Before joining Estudio Legal Constitución 23 as a senior associate, he held associate positions at Urraza, Mendieta & Del Rosal law firm and Del Rosal, Adame & Segrelles law firm. He also has experience in practicing economic criminal law at the National Court and ordinary courts throughout Spain.
