About Eduard Milchev

Eduard Milchev is an associate at G&P Law who specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, employment and social security law, contract law, administrative law and private international law. He has experience in advising foreign clients within international corporate structures, and has participated in transactions involving acquisitions of Bulgarian companies by foreign investors, particularly in the IT, healthcare, industrial and critical infrastructure sectors. Eduard has been involved in legal due diligence covering corporate, employment and dispute-related risks, as well as in drafting and negotiating transaction documents. He has over three years of legal experience, and is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
