Iva Georgieva is an associate at G&P Law specialising in IP, corporate and commercial law, personal data protection, AML measures, and regulatory compliance. She advises clients on trade mark portfolio management and protection, corporate maintenance, and the implementation of compliance frameworks, including GDPR and AML policies and procedures. Iva has participated in international projects, including cross-border company acquisitions, supporting the IP and corporate aspects of transactions. After graduating from Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski in 2023, she furthered her studies at a German university, focusing on international and comparative law.
