About Petya Norova

Petya Norova is a partner and head of the real estate department at G&P Law. She specialises in real estate and construction law, zoning and planning, property disputes, expropriation and regulatory matters, with additional expertise in corporate and commercial law. She advises on complex real estate and renewable energy projects, covering the full project life cycle. Petya has led transactions involving EUR2 million in property acquisitions and EUR8 million in renewable energy assets; she advises on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, and authors practical articles on real estate law. She is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
