About Rodrigo Benítez

Rodrigo Benítez is SW Chile's managing partner and a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile. He holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM) from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, DC and was a Fulbright Scholar in 2001. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Chile. He was President of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law from 2013-2017, where he is now a member. He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). He is a professor in tax law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and speaks Spanish and English.
