About Rodrigo Benítez

Rodrigo Benítez is SW Chile’s managing partner and graduated as a lawyer from the University of Chile. Rodrigo holds a Master of Laws in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC, where he was a Fulbright Scholar in 2001, and holds a postgraduate degree in economics and finance from the University of Chile. Rodrigo is a member of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law ‒ of which he was president from 2013‒17 ‒ and is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association. Rodrigo is a professor at the University of Santiago (USACH) and Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. He speaks Spanish and English.
