About Hyeun Yu

Hyeun Yu provides litigation and advisory services at Bae, Kim & Lee, mainly in TMT cases. She graduated cum laude from Seoul National University School of Law and worked at the Korean Committee for UNICEF. Hyeun has provided counsel on blockchain projects, covering aspects such as L1 mainnet initiatives, filing Virtual Asset Service Provider reports, non-fungible tokens, stablecoins, payment coins, game tokens, Play-to-Earn gaming, and decentralised identifiers, as well as various business models utilising blockchain technologies. Based on her extensive knowledge of IT, Hyeun actively offers legal and advisory services in the convergence of law and technology, including AI, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
