Jong Yoon Kim worked as a public-service judge advocate for the Ministry of Justice for three years before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2020. He has provided counsel on blockchain projects, covering aspects such as L1 mainnet initiatives, filing Virtual Asset Service Providers reports, non-fungible tokens, stablecoins, payment coins, Play-to-Earn gaming and decentralised identifiers, as well as various business models utilising blockchain technologies. Based on his extensive knowledge of IT, Jong Yoon actively offers legal and advisory services in the convergence of law and technology, including AI, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
