About Sung-Ho Moon

Sung-Ho Moon is a senior member of the corporate and antitrust practice groups at BKL. Mr Moon's practice primarily focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of foreign investment. He regularly counsels foreign corporations on their full range of business activities in Korea, from entity establishment, capital financing, regulatory permits, operational and contract matters to commercial disputes and government investigations. He also counsels foreign companies in antitrust cases, including cases involving international cartels, merger control, vertical restraints, bid rigging and other unfair trade practices.
