About Fionnghuala Cuncannon

Fionnghuala Cuncannon is experienced in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, class actions, criminal prosecution, judicial review and public law. She has particular expertise in urgent matters and in obtaining interim orders to protect the interests of clients pending the resolution of disputes. Fionnghuala is a Senior Crown Prosecutor and a member of the Cartel Prosecutors Panel, and is ranked for Dispute Resolution and Competition/Antitrust in Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific Guide. She has taught Contract Law as an Adjunct Lecturer at Victoria University of Wellington and is a co-author of the leading New Zealand evidence textbook, “Mahoney on Evidence”.
