About Maria Cristina Breida

Maria Cristina Breida is an equity partner at EY Studio Legale Tributario. She leads the environment, climate change and sustainability practice at the firm. She has more than 20 years of experience in environmental law and has a proven track record in assisting international groups, Italian, public and private companies, private equity funds and investment banks on significant extraordinary and real estate transactions involving activities with a high environmental and energy impact, environmental policies and responsibilities, risk management, as well as negotiation with the Public Administration. She also has extensive experience in administrative and civil litigation with an emphasis on environmental, climate change and ESG matters. Her activities include assisting clients with innovative energy transition, green economy and sustainability projects.
