Riccardo Salusest Melica is a senior legal consultant and part of the environment, climate change and sustainability team at EY Studio Legale Tributario. He assists clients in due diligence projects, advisory activities and assistance in civil and administrative litigation, with a particular focus on circular and green economy issues, ESG compliance and litigation, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU taxonomy compliance, waste management, environmental authorisations, energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, environmental protection and control of the dangers of major accident-hazards under the Seveso legislation.
