About Francesco Fonderico

Francesco Fonderico is a partner of Ambientalex in the Rome office. Francesco has been an administrative lawyer since 1995 and provides legal assistance in environmental matters, both extra-judicial and judicial (including in the higher courts). In a wide range of projects, Francesco counsels companies on the regulatory aspects related to environmental and climate change matters (the emissions trading system, environmental permits, waste management, etc). His areas of expertise include interacting with public authorities by adopting a multi-disciplinary approach. He has published about 90 contributions and has been a professor of environmental law at the department of law of the LUISS University of Rome since 2017.
