Dr Martin R Geiger is one of the founding attorneys of GHP and a specialist in aviation law. Prior to founding GHP, he was a partner at national Austrian law firms and at an international law firm in Vienna. Martin’s in-depth experience in aviation law includes sales and financing transactions as well as regulatory issues, operating and CAMO issues; he is also experienced in litigation and arbitration. His legal know-how and practical experience in the aviation sector is valued by national and international aircraft carriers and operators, banks, financial institutions as well as technical and service enterprises in the aviation industry. He is a member of the ABAA and EBAA and regularly publishes in international publications.
