About Mauro Mascareño

Mauro Mascareño is the founding partner and managing director of MVA, with over 15 years of experience in corporate and tax law in Paraguay. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, project financing and estate planning. Mauro has advised various companies on foreign investment processes and complex transactions in Paraguay, and he has worked on the structuring of technology and M&A projects. He also serves as vice president of the International Fiscal Association of Paraguay (IFA Paraguay) and holds postgraduate degrees from the London School of Economics and Harvard Kennedy School.
