About Ricardo Barretto

Ricardo Barretto is a partner at Fenelon Barretto Rost. Co-head of the firm’s strategic litigation practice, he specialises in public law, public procurement and administrative contracts. Practising law in Brasília since 2010, Ricardo has extensive experience in cases before the superior courts and the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU). He has also worked as a law professor at the University of Brasília (UnB), the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP), the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and IESB University Center.
