About Vicky Palouki

Vicky Palouki (junior associate) joined ppl in 2025 and is developing her expertise in all forms of financial transactions, with a growing focus on structured finance. She holds an LLM in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she specialised in banking and finance law. Vicky participated in the first reverse securitisation in the Greek market, further enhancing her understanding of structured finance and the complexities of securitisation structures. She has experience in NPL and performing loan transactions, acting for sell-side and buy-side clients, and is currently involved in a pioneering total return swap project. Vicky is a member of the Athens Bar Association.
