About Irena Gogl-Hassanin

Irena Gogl-Hassanin became a partner at Urbanek Law in November 2024. A licensed attorney in Austria since 2009, she gained extensive experience as a lawyer and partner at prominent law firms in Austria and London before founding her own firm in Vienna in 2023. Irena specialises in national and cross-border finance and M&A transactions, particularly in real estate and aviation, and teaches “Financing and Leasing in Aerospace” at FH Joanneum in the Aviation Master’s programme. She is an active member of Salon Real – Women in the Austrian Real Estate Business and of the ABAA – Austrian Business Aviation Association.
