About Eric Broad

Eric Broad is the founder and managing partner of Bowery Legal, where he serves as outside general counsel to emerging companies and venture capital investors across industries and stages. He began his legal career in the emerging companies practices at Latham & Watkins and Gunderson Dettmer before founding Bowery Legal to build a firm that combines BigLaw-calibre expertise with a founder-first culture. Eric holds a JD from NYU School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the business school at Tulane University. Prior to law school, he worked in Southeast Asia as a consultant on internet infrastructure development for the governments of Indonesia and Thailand.
