About Michael Feldstein

Michael Feldstein is counsel at Bowery Legal, where he advises start-up companies and venture capital investors across the full range of legal matters arising throughout a company’s life cycle, from formation and financing to M&A. Prior to joining Bowery Legal, Michael was an M&A attorney representing Fortune 500 clients at Greenberg Traurig and Mayer Brown. He holds a JD from NYU School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Tulane University. His practice reflects a commitment to working alongside founders and the investors who back them at every stage, combining transactional rigour with the practical, commercial judgement that early-stage companies require.
