About Alejandra Martínez Orozco

Alejandra Martínez Orozco holds a Law degree from ITESO and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Barcelona. She also completed a postgraduate programme in Administrative Law at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus. She has further strengthened her expertise through specialised programmes, including the Real Estate Update Seminar from ANADE Jalisco and a compliance course at Universidad Panamericana. With over 18 years of professional experience in both public and private sectors, Alejandra has served as a legal advisor and contract review attorney. She is now partner and director of the corporate law and compliance department at Martínez y de Labra, Abogados.
