advises employers on both individual and collective labour law matters, with a particular focus on shaping and managing relationships with trade unions. She supports clients in resolving collective disputes and managing group redundancies, and represents them in court proceedings concerning the legal status and headcount of trade union organisations. She also assists clients in conducting internal investigations and represents them in litigation related to mobbing, discrimination, dismissals and disciplinary terminations – including cases involving employees subject to special legal protection.
