About Francisco Moya

Francisco Moya is a specialist in labour and sports law with a solid track record in highly complex litigation and civil liability cases. A founding partner of Moya & Bossart, he is distinguished by his strategic advice to companies and unions, including seven years as legal counsel to SIFUP (the Chilean Professional Footballers’ Union) in international disputes. He holds a Master’s in Labour Law (University of Chile) and a Master’s in Sports Law and Management (ISDE, Madrid). He has served on disciplinary tribunals in professional basketball. His technical training and experience as head of legal departments provide him with a comprehensive perspective for resolving labour and civil disputes with precision and excellence.
