About Javier Díaz de León

Javier Díaz de León is a tax lawyer who specialises in international estate planning, private equity, family office, strategic merger and acquisitions, corporate governance and reorganisations. He advises family offices, investors, trusts and private funds in the management, holding and succession of private investments, financial instruments, art and collection, aircraft, vessels and real estate in different jurisdictions, including Mexico, the US, Canada, Spain, Luxembourg, Ireland and Italy. Javier developed his tax practice as international tax partner of a Big 4 prior to founding DDL. He also holds a Master’s in International Taxation from NYU School of Law.
