About Monica Ramos

Monica Ramos is a corporate lawyer who specialises in family office, closely held business, private equity, banking and finance and fintech. Her strategic location in Paris, France enables her to provide personalised on-site advice to Latam families with interests in Europe, in multiple projects including capital markets, investment funds, real estate, private placements and crypto, as well as to participate in the board of directors of European companies owned by Latam families. Monica acted as legal counsel of a Mexican financial group prior to moving to Europe. She holds a Master’s in Comparative Law from Sorbonne University, Paris.
