About Martín Cortina

Martín Cortina is a private client lawyer with more than 18 years of experience advising founders and entrepreneurs, family offices, start-ups, multi-generational families and corporate executives. His legal practice includes asset management structures, wealth planning instruments, stock option plans, private equity, project finance and family trusts. Martín is active in the technology, media and entertainment industries, as well as not-for-profit sectors including museums, film projects and sports. He teaches corporate law at Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
