About Marie Baronin von Maydell

Marie Baronin von Maydell is the founding partner of MAYDELL FamilyLaw. She is a Certified Expert for Family Law in Germany and is widely recognised as one of Germany’s leading family law attorneys, practising in all areas of German and international family and matrimonial law. Marie is experienced in negotiating settlements and, when necessary, litigating cases through trials and appeals. She is a member of the German Bar Association, the Committee on Family Law of the German Bar Association, the Bonn Bar Association (board member), the Committee on Family Law of the Bonn Bar Association (head) and the German Family Court Committee, and a fellow of the International Academy of Family Law (IAFL).
