About Mariana Vogelaar Carlucci

Mariana Vogelaar Carlucci holds a Master in International and Comparative Law from the University of São Paulo. She completed her law studies at Università di Bologna and was awarded scholarships by the Japan Student Services Organization to participate in the “Peace and Law” course at Hiroshima University, and by Santander/the University of São Paulo to pursue research on civil law. She frequently acts on consumer law, legal marketing and regulatory cases, advising in consultancy and administrative and judicial proceedings, as well as in cases before CONAR, and has over three years of experience in this field.
