Ernesto F. Castañeda Baños is the leading partner of Sainz Abogados, S.C.’s litigation and tax consulting practice. He has 19 years of experience in advising domestic and foreign clients. His practice mainly focuses on the design and implementation of defence strategies in tax matters for clients from different sectors, as well as in the attention of audit procedures by the tax authorities and the implementation of alternative dispute resolution.
