José Luis Rodríguez Domínguez joined Sainz Abogados, S.C. in 2022 as tax consulting partner. He specialises in tax matters related to M&A transactions, private equity and real estate structuring, public issuances, corporate restructurings and tax compliance, as well as supporting taxpayers in audit reviews performed by the Mexican tax authorities. Over the last 25 years, his practice has focused on tax consulting and planning for private and public and national and international companies, including those listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV). He has also advised individuals and family offices on patrimonial tax matters.
