About Alberto De Luca

Alberto De Luca has specialised, since 2000, in all aspects of employment law and related litigation. He advises major nationals and multinationals and advises on private equity and M&A transactions, as well as large reorganisations and restructurings. Alberto began his career in the United Kingdom and subsequently worked, from 2001 to 2006, at one of Italy’s leading business law firms, before becoming a partner at several top-tier boutique firms. Alberto is admitted to the Milan Bar and is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court. He is a member of leading international associations, including the IBA, the Labour Commission of Chartered-Accountants, AGI, EELA, ABA and IPBA.
